PRESENTATION
As part of its partnership with the FONCIA Group, the ESPI Group opens a dedicated Bachelor level class each year to train rental managers, condominium managers and real estate consultants. FONCIA seeks to attract new talents, who will benefit from work-study training, within one of their agencies, in order to support them throughout a qualifying course with the aim of obtaining the Bachelor’s title “Management d’Affaires Immobilières” of the ESPI Group and recognized by the professional sector.

Objectifs du Bachelor GESAI
Classe dédiée Foncia
Le Groupe ESPI et Foncia collaborent dans la constitution de cette classe dédiée afin d’offrir une formation de qualité, adaptée aux problématiques opérationnelles d’un grand groupe. Le projet ? Former les futurs gestionnaires en actifs immobiliers de demain ! En contrat d’apprentissage, vous bénéficiez de l’apport théorique des cours au sein du Groupe ESPI et de l’appui de professionnels aguerris dans un cabinet Foncia.
Tout au long de la formation l’étudiant en Bachelor acquiert des compétences qui lui permettront de :
Créer et gérer sa propre structure
avec ses cartes Gestion, Transaction & Syndic
Veiller à la préservation et la conservation
d’un immeuble ou d’un ensemble immobilier
Gérer les dimensions administratives,
financières et comptables d’un bien immobilier
Conseiller les clients d’un bien
pour optimiser sa rentabilité
Estimer la valeur d’un bien résidentiel ou tertiaire
Exercer une fonction de veille technique,
juridique et concurrentielle
