Sustainable development and construction and real estate are highly dynamic and innovative sectors, drivers of growth that promote an open environmental and digital transition which goes beyond national borders.
All the major players in the sector have indicated their increasing recruitment needs in these fields.
To provide support for the real estate industry, sustainable development managers are required to meet the needs of these companies.
As well as providing multi-disciplinary knowledge, the program also focuses on the operational aspects of innovative project management and international experience to ensure students develop best practice.

Applicants must have good project management and writing skills
PREREQUISITES
The first year is open to students who have completed three years of higher education.
The second year is open to students who have completed four years of higher education.
Degree in any subject accepted.
To train managers specialised in sustainable development projects (environmental, social, etc.), able to:
Support innovation within a company
(understand and manage challenges)
Mobilise cross-disciplinary skills using
a multidisciplinary, operational approach,
based on the real estate
professions (in a broad sense)
Mobilise the skills of general
experts in sustainable development:
provide support for a potential project
at various levels and develop it further
(design, management, operations), in collaboration with all the other professions involved
Lead global real estate sustainable
development projects
Understand sustainable development
issues relating to construction, land and urban
planning, and the links between them
Provide expert consultancy in
sustainable real estate for development,
property management
and the implementation of financial solutions
Option to join the program in the first or second year of the master’s degree
FULL-TIME
6 months of study + 6 month internship
The academic year starts in September/October each year.
