The Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Business Management, a state-certified level 6 qualification, is the most comprehensive real estate training program in France.
It has been no.1 in the Eduniversal ranking for 13 years.
This program prepares students for a career in management, transactions, co-ownership and real estate asset management, enabling them to obtain the Management, Transaction and Trustee professional licences. The Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Business Management can be taken as a full-time or vocational training program.
THE ENGLISH TRACK
Open to French and international students, this program is offered to students in the 3rd year of our Bachelor’s degree. Entirely taught in English, you can choose to complete either the semester (6 months of study) or the full year (with 6 months of internship).

WITH THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE
A real estate business manager works for private or public customers, individuals or companies to provide transaction, management, valuation and optimisation services for their real estate.
They also provide consultancy services for internal and external clients.
MANAGEMENT
As part of their management role and general mandate, the real estate business manager’s main responsibility is to ensure the maintenance and conservation of a building or property complex. They manage the administrative, financial and accounting aspects, and may also be required to provide consulting services to ensure maximum profitability of the managed property. The real estate managed may be public or private property.
TRANSACTIONS
The real estate manager’s role in terms of real estate transactions is to estimate the value of the property, whether private or public, residential or commercial, while taking into account its characteristics and its location and looking out for the interests of the customer, whether buyer or seller, individual or professional, in accordance with prices in the sector.

THE NETWORK
All vocational training students are encouraged to speak to contacts in their own professional network. Whether family and friends or former professional colleagues (from internships, vocational training programs, etc.), many vocational training students obtain contracts via this route. Developing your own network is extremely important.
COACHING FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Future vocational training students are offered coaching, organised by our Corporate Relations teams. The aim is to offer students career guidance, to put them in the best position in the job market, to determine the right job searching process, and to highlight the strengths in their application, etc.
JOB DATING
Job Dating events are organised on our campuses. Our partner companies are invited to these events to meet students looking for vocational training contracts and to offer them targeted placements. The candidate meets a recruiter via an “express” job interview with the aim of getting a second interview.
GROUPE ESPI CAREER CENTER
Our Career Center is a platform designed for students, where they can find support throughout their studies to refine their career plan and find an internship, a vocational training placement or their first job via the online job vacancies page, which is updated daily with direct offers from our partner companies.
