Real estate programs director work on projects which can require financial, technical, commercial and legal resources. So they are responsible of the program from start to finish, that is to say from pre-construction to the delivery. At the same time, programs directors must manage their sellers.

Master’s degree level in real estate engineering, real estate law, town planning or construction

Between 40.000€ and 50.000€ / year at early career
Requirements
Real estate programs directors, because of their interactions with the different trades of a program, need solid technical, financial, but also legal, managerial and commercial knowledge. Great rigour and mobility are essential to the good execution of their missions.
